  Poorly laid out and difficult to navigate. The lifts almost shut on my arm and did not reopen. Waits for the lift was just ridiculous. A lady in a wheelchair was waiting for 10 minutes for one!
  Not enough seating. Only one food court which clearly isn't enough.
  Overall a horrible experience. Don't go unless you've got heaps of energy and don't mind crowds that seem to have no direction.
