  Holidaying around New Zealand in our hired van for 3 weeks and we had some massive issues with our sound system to the point of not working at all. We spoke with James who said that he was unfortunately booked out for the day. Sadly our schedule didn't allow us the time to wait. He took 15mins out of his day to come and check it out before announcing that the whole stereo needed to be replaced. He spent another 10mins resetting the whole thing and somehow managed to get sound via bluetooth connection and nothing else. It honestly made our entire trip as we spent a lot of time on the road. After all that he wouldn't even take any payment from us. Seriously great bloke and great service. Kiwis aren't that bad after all... from your cousins in Aus...
