  The machican just took a look my fridge for a few minutes and he didn't even overhaul it. He said he could not fix it and It was a SAMSUNG stupid problem but I have already told them my fridge model in the email. He almost told the exactly same thing as what you said in the email but it would charge me $88. I do not think this is a reasonable charge.
