  Had a terrible experience, I'm afraid. They confirmed an appointment I made weeks in advance for 26 January. A few hours before my appointment on 26/1, I was contacted that there had been a mistake and no one could do the pedicure that day. They offered me a Saturday appointment, but it didn't suit. We agreed that they would extend my voucher and I would come later. OK. Rebooked for 10 March. They changed my appointment from noon to 12:15 (just by sending me a text). OK, I can deal with that. When I get there, they at first said their computer said manicure, then noted that there was a comment attached. I booked for a pedicure and it was always a pedicure (obviously, another problem with their online booking software!). I filled out a form and waited 15 minutes while Ms X finished with a person getting a manicure. Then I could hear Ms X say to the other worker "I don't think I have a time for a pedicure." The other worker assured her that she did. What happened? The 45-minute pedicure that I had booked and paid for turned into 25 minutes in total. There was no exfoliation or attention given to the rough skin on my heel. The leg massage lasted 1 minute on my left leg, and 45 seconds on my right leg. I asked for my nails to be trimmed, explaining I needed them short, and she still only trimmed nail on a few toes. Cuticle work was very quick and incomplete. I was told the shellac would be dry, but when I got home, I discovered that it was tacky and that my little toe had stuck to my sandal and now there was a black mark stuck in the polish (see cuticles in photo also). Two other toes had smaller black marks in the polish.
